Ostool Transport, a subsidiary of Raya Holding for Financial Investments is looking to hire a Dispatcher with the below job responsibilities and qualifications:Confirming instruction from the client, pick the cargo up and deliver to the sub clients by trucks.Monitoring and tracking drivers by phone and GPS till delivering the cargo then the return journey.Create the bill of lading with all shipment details.Carry out an inspection for each truck to make sure it?s in good condition.Send daily reports which include (trips? details, wash& grease, licenses, inspection) to the company and his direct manager.Ensure that all drivers have the safety equipment.Report fuel consumption average.Answer calls and communicate with the customers and the drivers.
