- Plan and create VM calendar align with Marketing calendar.- Accurately implement in the store, all company Visual Merchandising policies & guidelines.- Budgeting & Cost control and manage all VM props / graphics to re-use and avoid damage;- Make competitors report to improve Brand to be lead in the market;- Hiring, Train and coach VM team (also Saudi national) to ensure we have skilled team available in the market.- Plan and implement block trading, seasonal ,promotional and ad-hoc layout changes as per the Guideline. Including new store opening plan
