Job Description

We are constantly growing and are currently looking for a Ticketing Officer to join our knowledgeable Administration team of Jeddah Office in Saudi Arabia.Would you like to be part of a dynamic EPC leader with global presence?   • Issues tickets as per relevant ticketing policy at corporate, country and project level as per relevant guidelines.
  • Liaises with travel agencies and airlines as and if required, in coordination with the line manager.
  • Reads and analyses thoroughly the ticketing fare rules and regulations.
  • Supports new technologies i.e., GDS, NDC and adopt to process improvements.
  • Provides the required support to the line manager, developing reports and analysis.
  • Provides all relevant and essential information to the travelers regarding their travel, like tickets, Visa & Passport requirements, government regulations and any other queries.
  • Resolves any problem that arises regarding the trip for the travelers.
  • Supports urgent issues and requirements by enhancing a 24/7 approach on crisis situations (in case it is deemed necessary).
  • Identifies inefficiencies of the applied ticketing processes and suggest solutions.
What you will need to have:
  • Bachelor?s degree (highly preferred from a recognized/ reputed University)
  • Five (5) to seven (7) years of working experience in corporate travel agencies and airlines companies.
  • Excellent command of AMADEUS, GDS online system.
  • Excellent command (written and oral) of the English.
  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of common programs such as Microsoft Office etc.
