Job Description

JOB & BUSINESS BRIEFS:21ShoCare is a specialized shoe care stop shop that provides a variety of services from cleaning, protection, maintenance, painting, and customization.The business is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia and currently looking for a specialized (Sneaker Care Technician) to support operations in sneakers bags etc... The technician must behave adequate experience in sneaker care and maintenance, and willing and able to expand his expertise in new areas related to the sneakers industry and accessories to support the business. Thus, the candidate would be in charge of both focus service/product knowledge as well as sales customer service.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet our customers with enthusiasm and ensure the service is explained in an informative and friendly manner.
  • Consult with customers and carry out inspections of their sneakers carefully - which involves analyzing materials and identifying any stains and damages to the shoe and finally inform customers of proper solutions and treatments necessary that we can provide
  • Handle sales, after-sales, and customer service
  • Track and manage customer orders and communicate with them in a timely manner
  • Manage and maintain the cleaning and maintenance tools, machines, steamers, vacuum, and other equipment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with customers in English
  • Ability to persuade and upsell products that are most suited to the customer?s needs.
  • Assist with inventory management and the ordering of supplies.
  • Handle more complex transactions and customer complaints with the provided authority
