Job Description

An investment holding company with a diversified business portfolio and strategic interests in several sectors including consumer goods, food and beverage, real estate, healthcare, education and automotive is looking for a senior accountant. This position is based in Jeddah, Saudi ArabiaJob duties and responsibilities:

  • Preparation of books of accounts for local and international holding and investment companies.
  • Preparation and submission of financial statements in accordance with IFRS.
  • Preparation and submission of VAT, WHT and zakat and tax returns in coordination with tax advisers.
  • Preparation and submission of various compliance related returns and forms for our local and international companies
  • Preparing financial analyses and reports.
  • Assisting with annual audit preparations.
  • Investigating and resolving audit findings, account discrepancies, and issues of non-compliance.
  • Preparation of annual budgets.
  • Coordination with banks, fund managers and other related entities.
  • Payroll preparation.
  • Performing other accounting duties and supporting senior staff as required or assigned.
