Implement the Credit Policies of the company.Approve all credit sales.Follow-up payments overdue and over-limit.Perform all collection-related duties (receiving cash, cheques, EFTs, and deposit in banks).Analyze all collections, bank transfers and allocate to the correct accounts of the customers.Send statements of account to customers, and attend to customers queries.Send original invoices to major customers.Reconcile the receivable account balances, and agree with customers.Conduct monthly Accounts Receivable meetings.?Receive and review customers Credit Applications, and make recommendations for acceptable credit facilities.Review and recommend existing credit limits, on a regular basis.Maintain customer files for key documents (CRs, VAT, etc).Sending of Statement of Accounts and/or Balance Confirmation Requests to credit customers.Preparation and filing monthly VAT return and WHT returns.Reconciliations of bank accounts.Processing vouchers into the ERP system.Provides support to the overall function of the finance and accounting departments, by performing other functions as may be required to successful achieve the department goals and company goals.
