Des individus comme vous!Head of SIJob ID: 89923Emplacement:SousseType de travail:Temps pleinType de contrat:Contrat dur‚e ind‚termin‚eMission:* Planning and budget management in the area of competences in coordination with the top and the guarantee of its Respect. * Participate in the planning of personnel requirements and ensure their qualifications. * To cooperate in the planning, design and implementation of the tasks of the different services of the SI department. * To set up and ensure the optimization of work processes and standards (e.g. facility management, EHS and corporate security management, etc.). * Ensure the disciplinary and functional management of the SI department personnel. * Support the strategic planning of the department. * Cooperation in the planning, design and introduction of local and national tasks (Staff transport, canteen, safety, health, new work, etc.). * Advising site managers, elaboration and making specialized reports available. * Implementation of processes/standards/directives (e.g. t guidelines, safety/safety management and risk for missions, etc.) collaboration in determining and optimizing internal Standards and complex processes in the the own specialty. * Implementation of Services (e.g. New Works Services, Safety of the Safety Factory on Workplaces etc.) including the negotiation and development of contracts in Cooperation with the Purchasing Service as well as coordination with external Service Providers. * Advising operational officials on work/health/environmental/fire protection themes, review and implement appropriate measures and ensure compliance. * Coordinating and carrying out evaluations regarding work/health/environment and assisting audits. * Ensure compliance with internal laws and regulations (e.g., viewing Workstation regulations, etc.) and edit legal business related to work/health/environmental protection. * Advising managers on all work safety issues (such as planning and maintaining facilities) * Ensure the Device Maintenance Program under its responsibility according to an internal schedule. * To coordinate with external stakeholders and suppliers, as well as to monitor interventions and construction sites in the site if there are any. * Management of the requests of other Services and ensuring the internal realization by its team of new or external works, as well as the proper progress and follow-up of these interventions.Profile:* University degree. * Minimum 5 years? experience of which 3 years as HSE and Facility Management Manager. * Fluency in English, German is an asset. * Knowledge of ISO 14001, 45001 and IATF 16949.
