Business Development ExecutiveLocation: Sharjah, UAESalary: Market relatedOur client is one of the leading structural steel fabrication companies in the United Arab Emirates.The expansion and up coming projects has led to increasing their team and hiring various roles within the organization.We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join the teamYou will be responsible for developing business with various general contractors, engineers, architects, owner?s reps and property owners within their prospective market.Responsibilities

  • Develop new business accounts and expand existing customer relationships to secure major construction
contracts.
  • Utilise strategic account planning and sale pipeline management tools
  • Follow a proven sales process that includes prospecting, qualifying, targeting, identifying customer needs,
developing value propositions, presenting solutions and alternatives, and closing the sale for future constructionproject opportunities
  • Participate in industry and community organizations and serves as a brand ambassador throughout the
community
  • Review and approve information for pre-qualification of projects.
  • Participate in the evaluation and planning of all sales and marketing activities, including identifying and
prequalifying leads, working on procurement strategies, developing proposals for RFPs/RFQs, closing deals,and negotiating contracts.
  • Provide reports and updates to senior management as required.
  • Promote, develop, and maintain relationships with vendors, owners, architects, government officials, and the
general public.
  • Closes new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating
contract requirements with business operations.
