Requirements:

2+ years technical sales support in pre-sales engineering role in an IT company
B.A in Computer Engineering or any other related fields
Preferably Indian national, located in India
Can work as per UAE working hours
Must have extensive knowledge for End point Firewall Security, Enterprise Application/ Management, Software/ Hardware, Data Storage, Networking, Network Monitoring, and related products.

Responsibilities:

You will work with the Sales team, Channel Partners, and end users to drive sales
You will be required to complete required training and development objectives
Participate in pre-sales activities including, but not be limited to, conducting Proof of Concepts (PoC), product demo, webinar
Respond to customer technical inquiries, develop designs and BOQ for cost-effective solutions
Engage with customers as a trusted advisor, listening and understanding their challenges and requirement - both technical and business, and clearly articulate and communicate to the sales team, and document them
Comfortable with and enjoy presenting to live and virtual audiences
Able to translate product concepts into useful market-relevant stories
Ability to present products clearly and determine best fit for client
Ability to establish and manage priorities and drive projects to completion
