POSITION: Warehouse ManagerSALARY: up to 10,000 AED depending on experience and qualificationsHIRING COMPANY: Trading company for Lighting and Electrical ProductsLOCATION: Sharjah, UAEAVAILABILITY: Can join immediately will be prioritizedEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-timeCANDIDATE PROFILE:Open to any nationalityMale, 30 - 42 years old and belowEDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:BS degree in Business Administration or relevant field5-10 years of strong similar experience in GGC/UAE with exposure in lighting, electrical products or retail industryStrong experience in day to day store operations as Warehouse ManagerExtensive skills to maintain high store standards and conditions and foster a positive environmentStrong profit and loss accountabilityJOB DESCRIPTION:Develop of warehouse operations system improvements by analyzing process work flow, manning and space requirements, and equipment layout; implementing changesMaintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures; complying with legal regulationsOversee the inventory levels of businesses.Lead a team of inventory or warehouse employees to receive and record new stock as its delivered and shipped out.Duties of warehouse employees include recording daily deliveries, evaluating new shipments, and analyzing different suppliers, physical count of stock, monthly reporting of physical inventory count report. slow moving stock, non-moving stock, stock order quantity, stock order label.Manage team of installers who are responsible for installing the Chandeliers/fashion lighting/luxurious lighting and major componentsSchedule and oversee the installation of products.Ensure adherence to sales order specifications and established policies and proceduresAdditional duties as store responsible person as neededSKILLS REQUIRED:Proven successful experience as a retail managerPowerful leading skills and business orientationStrong Supervision, Developing Budgets, Safety Management, Surveillance Skills and Inventory ControlGood communication and interpersonal skills
