The Warehouse Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of a companys warehouse and inventory management systems. This role requires strong organizational and multitasking abilities, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The Warehouse Coordinator will ensure proper storage and documentation of inventory, coordinate shipping and receiving activities, and maintain accurate records of stock levels.Responsibilities Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods in the warehouse. Coordinate shipping and receiving activities, including verification of goods. Maintain accurate inventory records using appropriate systems and software. Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability. Investigate and resolve discrepancies in inventory records. Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to identify and rectify errors. Collaborate with procurement and production teams to ensure timely delivery of goods. Implement and enforce safety and security procedures in the warehouse. Train and supervise warehouse staff to ensure efficient workflow. Continuously review and improve warehouse processes.Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; bachelors degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field is preferred. Proven experience in warehouse operations and inventory management. Strong knowledge of warehouse and distribution processes. Proficiency in inventory management systems and software.
