Visa OfficersJob Location: Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesOur client, a leading international travel agency, is seeking experienced Visa Officers to join their team in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. As a Visa Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient and timely visa processing services to clients, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Contract Details: Full-time, PermanentKey Responsibilities:•Process visa applications for various countries, including but not limited to Schengen, UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand•Review and verify all supporting documents and information provided by clients•Communicate with embassies and consulates to obtain necessary information and updates on visa applications•Keep up-to-date with changes in visa regulations and requirements for different countries•Provide accurate and timely updates to clients on the status of their visa applications•Handle any issues or concerns related to visa applications, including rejections or delays•Maintain proper records and documentation of all visa applications and related correspondence•Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient visa processing services•Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any queries or concerns in a professional and timely manner•Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies in the visa processing process.Requirements:•Bachelors attested degree•Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Visa Officer (processing UAE tourist visa)•Knowledge of visa regulations and requirements for various countries•Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal•Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and visa processing software•Customer service-oriented mindset with a positive attitude•Ability to work independently and as part of a team•Fluency in English, knowledge of other languages is a plusIf you are a highly organized and efficient individual with a passion for providing exceptional visa processing services, then we want to hear from you!
