TypistJob Location : Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities :•Accurately type and process documents related to Tawjeeh and Tasheel services.•Provide high-quality customer service to ensure client satisfaction, addressing inquiries related to governmental services.•Maintain up-to-date knowledge of UAE labor laws, employment visa processes, and other relevant government procedures.•Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations within the Customer Service Happiness department.•Ensure compliance with all government regulations and policies.•Manage records, filing, and documentation efficiently.•Handle any issues or escalations with professionalism and provide timely resolutions.Qualifications :•UAE National (Emirati passport holder).•High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in typing or related fields are a plus.•Minimum 2 years of experience as a typist, preferably within a Tasheel or Tawjeeh center.•Strong proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).•Excellent typing speed and accuracy.•Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.•Knowledge of UAE labor and immigration processes is highly preferred.•Customer-focused with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.•Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
