Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Telesales Agents to join our dynamic team at Keyspace Real Estate, one of the leading real estate brokers in the Northern Emirates!The primary responsibility of this role is to actively reach out to potential clients via telephone, engage them in meaningful conversations, and successfully schedule meetings with our experienced real estate agents.Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using the companys database and lead generation strategies
  • Engage clients in friendly and professional conversations understanding their real estate needs and preferences
  • Effectively communicate the companys value proposition and the benefits of our real estate services
  • Schedule appointments between clients and our real estate agents ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to face-to-face meetings
  • Maintain accurate records of all calls, appointments, and client interactions using the companys CRM system.
