Job Description

If you are passionate about finding and placing top talent and you know how to reach and engage candidates on a human level, we have the perfect job for you!As the Recruitment Specialist you will be working in partnership with internal stakeholders, department managers and HR on all aspects of internal and external recruitment. You will act as a subject matter expert for recruitment and help to improve and implement the current process, championing best practice recruitment and striving to deliver a fantastic customer and candidate experience. You will be recruiting for a diverse group of positions across the GCC region and will be part of the regional recruitment team based in UAE. You will be responsible for:

  • Support the full recruitment lifecycle from requisition to the on- boarding of candidates.
  • Assist in the development of recruitment Plan and implement company?talent acquisition?strategy.
  • Develop company?s policy for talent bench-marking, talent assessment and interviewing.
  • Headhunt talent, target passive candidates and approach specific markets and organisations for roles and succession gaps.
  • Manage respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • Implement hiring processes and procedures, provide guidance and advise on routes to market & provide market and data insight to support the decision making process about the hiring.
  • Coordinate interviews, conduct competency based interviews as well as identify and implement screening assessments where appropriate.
  • Apply expertise and knowledge in sourcing candidates via a variety of direct and indirect sourcing methods including advertising, job boards, , social media and headhunting.
  • Generate regular updates for Management about upcoming talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics.
  • Active involvement in shaping the candidate journey from screening and interviewing, provide feedback and negotiate offers of employment.
  • Maintain excellent working relationships with hiring leaders, employees and candidates.
