Job descriptionWe are looking for a Business Planning Manager with a project management expertise in the field of manufacturing and retail to join our team. Business Planning Manager will be responsible for all the company and department plans, driving its successful execution and performance management analytical activities for all departments across Mohamed Hilal Group in Commercial Retail, Product Development, Manufacturing, Design, HR, Finance, Procurement, Logistics and Supply Chain, Marketing, IT etc.Responsibilities (but not limited to) Setting of Annual Business Priorities and Objectives and Key Results (OKR) in line with the long-term strategy of the Company. Oversee the design and development of business plans across all the departments including strategic initiatives for development and growth. Ensure plans are further detailed into daily, weekly and monthly activities for focused effort and timely completion. Setting a mechanism of initiatives/plan tracking, and performance analysis and accountability reporting. Spearhead Change Management through facilitative approach to achieve intended results. Maintain complete knowledge of business operations and functions on a shared repository for ease of access and reporting. Manage reports of Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Huddles of all departments, and where appropriate take ownership of issue escalation and drive team to quickly bring these issues to a close. Set Performance Standards and benchmarks for key functional activity across the organization for appropriate time and motion planning and analysis.
