StorekeeperJob Location : UAEJob Details :•Bachelors Degree in Commerce/Materials Management Courses or relevant.•Added studies and trainings in Supply Chain Management is an advantage.•Vast knowledge and understanding of HVAC manufacturing (Material Management module/process).•Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)Duties, Responsibilities & Authorities :•Prepare purchase requisitions and coordinate with Procurement Department for PO release and delivery.•Receive and check purchase orders materials as per Quality procedures.•Ensure that incoming materials are physically counted and in case of discrepancy, immediately report to all concerned.•Prepared material discrepancy report and return rejected materials to the suppliers.•Prepare and submit documents to Finance department requesting the later for acknowledgment of the same.•Maintain a copy of received items documents (LPO, GRS, Delivery Orders, Invoices, etc.)•Ensure that incoming materials are all posted in the system as soon as materials are accepted and delivered to warehouse.•Arrange received materials and identify locator on every item for traceability.•Perform stocks count and check as per the system.•Take the materials return from the shop floor and update in the system.
