Plan, organize, supervise and participate in daily warehouse operations and activities, including the receipt, documentation, storage, safety and distributionof materials and supplies and maintenance of inventory
Planning for Annual consumption of Raw materials.
Floor Management of ISO Standards of cleanliness protocols need to followed.
Minimum Stock levels to be maintained and need to be informed with purchase department, when it reaches minimum level to organize accordingly.
Train, supervise and evaluate the performanceof assigned warehouseemployees, assign workloads to warehouse workers
deliveries for damage or discrepancies and reportthose to accounting for reimbursements and record keeping
Control Raw Material, Packing Material movement and physical stocksMaintain quality of all productsPreparing requisitions for materialwill oversee all of the daily operations of the storePreparing goods received notesMaintaining stock register or Log BookPreparing outward challans for finished goodsMaintain receipts, records, and withdrawals of the materials/items.Receive, unload, and shelve supplies.Provides timely reports to senior management.Oversee the transportation of goods from production site to consumer to client.
Receiving, moving checking, sorting and inspecting receive items and ensuring they are of accurate quantity.
Coordinating with various departments for various requirements and updating the stock status for necessary actions
Analyzing the stock report and giving necessary feedback for ageing, damages and repair, and out of stock merchandise
Carry out monthly inventory
Maintaining investigate and quality control
Engage with the team to accomplish the task on time period
Perform critical inventory task to ensure the correct amount of items are in stock
Initiate, coordinate and enforce operational policies and procedures
Produce reports and statisticsregularly (IN / OUT status report, dead stock report etc)
Ensure accuracy of the facilitys inventory system by updating records of physical inventory totals, receipts, adjustments, and returns.
