Store ManagerJob Location : Sharjah, United Arab EmiratesKey Responsibilities:•Develop and implement operational procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity of store.•Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and maintaining appropriate stock levels.•Maintain a clean, organized, and safe store environment•Prepare job costing and compliance with accounting procedures.•Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring appropriate stock availability•Coordinating with Production, Purchase and accounts departments for material issuance, delivery, material orders and inventory•Conduct periodic inventory audits and compliance with external audit procedures.•Lead and manage the store teamQualifications and Requirements:•Any Bachelors degree / Masters degree holder.•Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage a team.•Excellent communication skills.•Proficiency in using MS Office and ERP software.•Strong organizational and time management abilities.
