Spring Machine OperatorJob Location : UAEJob Details :?High School Diploma or relevant college education in spring machine programming, a computer-related field or a mechanical field?Certification from accredited technical school?Min 3 years? experience of working different materials stainless steel,?Stress resistant?Good verbal communication skills (in English ? Hindi desirable)?Creative, critical and curious.?Previous experience operating CNC machines, preferably in a spring manufacturing or similar precision manufacturing environment.?Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.?Strong knowledge of CNC machine operation principles, including programming, tooling, and machine setup.?Familiarity with CNC machine controls and programming languages, such as G-code.?Ability to use precision measuring instruments, such as Vernier Calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensional accuracy.?Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work with high precision and tight tolerances.?Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot machine issues independently.?Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.?Physical stamina and the ability to stand for extended periods and lift heavy materials when required.?Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and overtime, as necessary.
