Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit anMOH licensed IVF Specialist Physicianfor their client in Sharjah which is a leading private IVF center.We are looking for a highly skilled and compassionate IVF Physician .The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and treating infertility issues, performing assisted reproductive procedures, and guiding patients through the emotional and physical aspects of fertility treatment.As an IVF Physician, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team including embryologists, nurses, and counselors to provide comprehensive care to individuals and couples seeking to conceive.The role requires a deep understanding of reproductive endocrinology, gynecology, and the latest advancements in assisted reproductive technologies (ART). You will be expected to perform procedures such as intrauterine insemination (IUI), in vitro fertilization (IVF), egg retrieval, embryo transfer, and fertility preservation techniques.Additionally, you will interpret diagnostic tests, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor patient progress throughout the fertility journey. Excellent communication skills are essential, as you will need to explain complex medical information in a clear and empathetic manner. You should be comfortable discussing sensitive topics and providing emotional support to patients facing fertility challenges.A commitment to ethical medical practice, patient confidentiality, and continuous professional development is crucial.
