Job Description

Company Overview: We are a dynamic and growing company specializing in global trade and logistics. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Logistics Coordinator who is fluent in Russian and has a strong background in container export operations, particularly in the UAE.Key Responsibilities:

  • Container Export Management: Handle all aspects of exporting containers from the UAE, including documentation, compliance, and scheduling.
  • Port Coordination: Coordinate effectively with UAE ports to ensure smooth loading, unloading, and transit of containers.
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the entire process from purchasing goods to delivering them to the final destination.
  • Vendor and Client Communication: Liaise with suppliers, shipping lines, and clients to ensure timely and efficient operations.
  • Documentation: Ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time, including bills of lading, shipping instructions, and customs documentation.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any issues that may arise during the shipping process.
