  • Responsible for manpower planning, recruitment, selection and on boarding for both blue collar and white collar roles in the construction industry that includes complete the end to end process of recruitment and performance management system
  • Responsible for Trade Licenses and relevant statutory compliances, such as applying and obtaining New Trade/other required Licenses and approvals, renewal of existing Trade/Other Licenses/approvals
  • Responsible for Time and Attendance/Compensation and Benefits and Employee Records, staff well-being and welfare etc.
  • Responsible for Training and learning development. Coordination and conducting of technical training by Company and other Contractors as and when required
  • Perform updating and adding new company policies that will help in improving overall HR functions?
