Client Engagement & Advisory:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored accounting and tax solutions.

Leadership & Team Development:

Lead and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and fostering professional growth.
Manage and allocate resources efficiently across multiple client projects.
Conduct training sessions to keep the team updated on accounting and tax regulations.

Business Development:

Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firms growth by building and maintaining client relationships.
Prepare proposals, presentations, and engagement letters for prospective clients.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide proactive advice to clients.

Process Improvement:

Streamline accounting and tax processes for clients to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Implement and advise on accounting software and technology solutions.
