Job Description

Position: SEM/SMM SpecialistCompany: Promocell LLCLocation: Turkey, India, UAEType: Full-timeKey Responsibilities:

  • SEM Strategy and Implementation:
  • Develop and execute SEM campaigns to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Perform keyword research, competitive analysis, and bid management.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.
  • Analyze data from Google Analytics and other tools to make informed decisions.
  • Collaborate with the content team to ensure alignment with SEO strategies.
  • SMM Strategy and Execution:
  • Develop and implement social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, , Twitter).
  • Create and manage engaging content to drive audience interaction and growth.
  • Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers.
  • Track and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools to ensure effective campaigns.
  • Campaign Management:
  • Plan, execute, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Ads.
  • Optimize ad copy, landing pages, and targeting for maximum effectiveness.
  • Track and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Work closely with the creative and content teams to align marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their goals and provide regular updates.
  • Present campaign results and insights to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an SEM/SMM Specialist or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEM strategies, tools, and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Bing Ads).
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Google Ads and Facebook Blueprint certifications.
  • Experience with e-commerce and conversion rate optimization.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
