Welcome to our family Security Officer Staff Accommodation Housing Safety Officer Job Responsibilities Patrol all areas of the accommodation and assist employees with room access. Monitor Closed Circuit Televisions, and fire life safety system, First Aid Kits and Emergency response. Lock and monitor property entrances and restrict unauthorized access at all times and provide Main Door access to new employees and deactivate for the resigned employees. Prevent any unauthorized movement of furniture in the accommodation and ensure associates are staying in the same room where they are allocated Conduct daily, weekly inspections of room, common areas and monitor cleanliness, hygiene and take necessary action along with the Housing Supervisor to prevent misuse of any facilities in the TV Rooms, Kitchens, Washing Areas, Gym and Recreational Areas, public areas. Follow all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Housing Supervisor; ensure smoking and alcohol rules in the Emirate of Sharjah are followed in the accommodation and ensure the general grooming standards maintained by employees is acceptable.
