Job Description

We are currently seeking a Secretary to join our team in Sharjah, UAE. As a Secretary, you will play a key role in providing administrative support to our organization. You will be responsible for managing and organizing all administrative tasks, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the reception area and greet visitors and clients in a professional and friendly manner.
  2. Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to the appropriate person or department.
  3. Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for executives and staff.
  4. Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports.
  5. Maintain and update files, documents, and records.
Preferred Candidate:
  1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Secretary or in a similar administrative role.
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  5. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
