Job Description

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Team Leader in sales, with international sales exposure.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team to exceed targets.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle pressure.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi (both written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of the travel industry is an added advantage.
  • Must provide experience certificates, references, and target achievement reports from previous employers.
  • Comfortable working in a target-driven environment.
  • Willing to sign a 2-year bond with Ztartvisa.
