Job Description

  1. In-depth knowledge of kitchen ventilation systems, cleaning procedures, and applicable safety regulations.
  2. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  3. Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  4. Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  5. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  6. Valid drivers license with the ability to travel as required.
  7. Identify and develop new business opportunities for kitchen duct cleaning services in hospitality/marine/industry sectors.
  8. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the hospitality, maritime, and industrial sectors.
  9. Conduct site visits, assess customer needs, and provide tailored solutions.
  10. Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective prospecting and negotiations.
  11. Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.
  12. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure seamless service delivery.
  13. Experience in technical sales within marine, or industrial duct cleaning sectors.
  14. Familiarity with industry standards like ISO 45001, OSHA standards, and other local safety guidelines.
  15. Interpret technical drawings and service reports.
  16. Conduct site visits to assess duct systems and provide accurate service recommendations.
  17. Explain the benefits of duct cleaning and how it improves air quality and energy efficiency.
  18. . Build and maintain long-lasting client relationships using a blend of conventional and hi-tech connectivity.
