Job Description

As a Sales Executive at Three Zone General Trading LLC, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong client relationships. Your responsibilities will include:1. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the steel industry.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Promote and sell a range of steel products to clients across various industries.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of competitors and industry trends.
2. Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Understand customer requirements and provide tailored product solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support.
  • Address customer inquiries, negotiate deals, and close sales successfully.
3. Negotiation & Contract Management
  • Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contracts.
  • Negotiate pricing and payment terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Follow up on sales leads and ensure timely closure of deals.
4. Reporting & Sales Analysis
  • Track and analyze sales performance to identify areas of improvement.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and orders.
  • Provide regular reports and updates to management on sales progress.
5. Coordination & Logistics
  • Work closely with the logistics and supply chain teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Coordinate with finance for invoicing, payments, and credit approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
6. Field Visits & Market Expansion
  • Travel to different locations for client meetings and site visits.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and networking meetings.
  • Identify new markets and customer segments to expand sales reach.
Key Skills Required:? Strong sales and negotiation skills? Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities? Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment? Good knowledge of the steel industry and market trends? Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office
