Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Engineer - HVAC marine and industrial chillersThe Sales Engineer will play a critical role in driving the sales of Air Conditioning systems and solutions to meet the needs of clients. The successful candidate must possess a strong technical understanding of Air Conditioning systems, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to identify and close business opportunities in the competitive UAE Marine and Industrial Market.Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads, identify sales opportunities, and establish new client relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Provide technical advice and solutions to clients regarding Air Conditioning systems and services.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate the benefits and features of products.
  • Work closely with clients to determine their technical and budgetary requirements.
  • Prepare quotations, proposals, and tender documents in collaboration with the engineering team.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure orders.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and closure of deals.
  • Collaborate with the project, logistics and service teams to ensure client satisfaction and project delivery.
  • Regularly update sales forecasts, activity reports, and client databases.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Education: Bachelor?s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience:
  • Minimum 2?5 years of experience in Air Conditioning sales.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Air Conditioning systems, spare parts, components, and industry standards.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English
  • IT Skills: Proficiency in MS Office Suite. CRM
