Job Description

We are looking for Sales Coordinator to join us here at TVH Middle East FZE and be a part of our team.Ideal Candidate will be responsible for below:-

  • Analysing: gathering and processing relevant market info; directly or via the employees
(internal/external)
  • Determining the objectives in consultation with the General Manager or International Sales Manager
  • Lead management: determining the methods for processing leads in collaboration with Customer Development
  • Follow up regional action plan
  • Drawing up Rebate Agreements for specific customers / if applicable
  • Acting as a contact person for other team/departments
  • Independently taking the initiative to share knowledge (e.g. suggesting tips in team meetings,creating team meeting reports).
  • ?In case of complaints, making commercial suggestions to achieve a solution.
  • ?Ensuring that there is a back-up for each team member
  • ?Ensuring an optimal telephonic contact ability for our customers
  • Assigning and monitoring the customer portfolios (system preferred agent) and customer visits to the team members
  • ?Preparing, holding and following up team meetings
  • ?Stimulating a good collaboration between the internal and external sales people
  • Communicating with and reporting to General manager
  • Continuously remaining up-to-date of the evolutions and developments in the field of the product range and the sales system
  • Following up the objectives of the representatives
  • Guiding and supporting the representatives in case of problems and in exceptional situations? Following up the planning and reporting of the customer visits by the representatives and
  • Making sure that the representatives visit the correct customers/prospects
  • Following up the quality of the customer visits by the representatives
  • Taking action and guiding the representatives in case of an incorrect execution of their assignment
