Job Description

Position Title:Restaurant Cafe ManagerEmployment Type:Full TimeSalary: up to 12K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualificationsJob Location:Sharjah, UAEAbout the Client: A Sharjah-based stand alone cafe serving delicious sweets and appetizers for all occassions

  • Implement SOP for restaurant?s daily operation
  • Plan with management on how to increase revenue thru different, unique, seasonal promotions
  • Handle daily operations and be the face of the restaurant to the customers
  • Organize staff schedule and supervise shifts to ensure there is quality with customer service and balance on operational costs
  • Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
  • Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
  • Manage restaurant?s good image and suggest ways to improve it while complying with health and sanitation regulations
  • Meet with suppliers for discounts and efficiency on service
