Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel Agent who is adept at inbound travel, proficient in sales to B2B markets, has extensive knowledge of the UAE as travel destination and Indian travel industry.Main responsibilities:

  • Handling holiday package inquiries to conclusions from online and offline channels from Indian travel agencies
  • Creating Travel Products (FIT and leisure Groups, VIP travel)
  • Provide end-to-end travel services, including hotel bookings, sightseeing program, visa support, transportation and other required services.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by understanding clients requirements and offering tailored solutions
  • Build long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Act as a trusted advisor and a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally and by providing expert recommendations and creating unique itineraries
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments in the tourism of UAE
