Job Purpose & Scope:To develop a range of products through R&D for various applications and enhance the product range, as per the guidelines of the Management.What you will be doing:1. To develop a new range of Decorative products for the company as per the current market trend and customer requirements2. Responsible for development and establishment of Wood Coating products / business as per market and Sales need3. Regularly undertake activities to modify the existing product range to match with customer preference and to improvise ourproduct range4. Evaluate application parameters of the developed products under a test environment; discuss the results to improvise whereverrequired5. Ensure proper documentation of every project phase such as Research and Testing and accurately record all variables such aschemical type, quantity, compound components, chemical temperature and test duration for future records6. Provide production support for the developed products through scale-ups, trial runs, and commercialization. Based on timelinescarry out the necessary changes to meet customer requirements7. Undertake research activity to analyze cost-saving new products or method of production; ensure records/information on research are duly secured to maintain confidentiality8. Support the Sales and Application team for establishing Viero products9. Accountable for effective time management and completion of a task in a challenging environment10. Adhere to safety standards during laboratory testing, such as wearing protective clothing and taking additional precautions asneeded11. Follow strictly all Safety and Health hazard regulations12. Ensure all Statutory and Legal compliances are duly followed
