Requirements and skills

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in Real Estate
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Employment TypeFull-timeDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Bringing in new clients and the ability to generate leads with a strong network.
  • Provide sales and rental information to clients via phone, email, and in person.
  • Respond to new leads in a timely manner, and maintain consistent follow-up to convert into closer.
  • Prepare all necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements, etc.)
  • Maintain regular contact with Developers, Landlords, Investors, and owners to find new opportunities and assess existing ones
  • Manage all leads in lead follow-ups, update the lead follow-up template regularly, and track all client communications.
  • Arrange viewings with clients/landlords for the related properties.
