? Read and understand all applicable approved QA/QC procedures.? Assist the manager in review of site claims, daily NCRs (Non-Conformity report) and take necessary corrective action.? Visit the site when necessary to evaluate site claims in order to find the root cause of the problem and suggest necessary corrective / preventive actions.? Carry out inspection of special buyout items like doors, windows, skylights etc at the sub-contractor premises to ensure that the manufactured items are according to the drawing/specification.? Visit galvanizer premises to inspect the HDG jobs to ensure the galvanized materials are as per the specification and free from all galvanizing defects.? Record all observations and prepare Inspection reports on that basis and highlight non-conformity to the QA/QC manager and Production Planning dept.? Visit new Sub-contractor premises in order to carry out vendor evaluation survey and provide the report to the QC Manager and Purchase Dept.? Perform in-house Laboratory tests daily on Polyurethane foam to ensure that the Polyurethane Sandwich Panels are manufactured as per the specification and record the results.? Ensure to use & maintain the safety equipment?s and safety systems at work place regularly and that it is in safe operating condition at all times.? Ensure electricity and water are used properly and the industrial waste are disposed properly and inform unsafe acts and equipment?s which affects your health, safety and environment to the HSE department.? Perform other related jobs by time to time based on the reporting manager?s instructions.? Must be computer literate. ? Strong written and verbal skills.? Able to present complex technical objectives and goals in a non confrontational understandable manner which achieves desired results.
