About the Client: A leading food manufacturring company in the UAE?

  • Handle the strategic sourcing, vendor selection, negotiation, commercial agreements, and supplier performance management
  • In Charge of?purchasing?of Raw Materials, Ingredients and Packaging, including importation from overseas
  • Responsible for contract negotiations with suppliers, reviewing, comparing, evaluating and approving products and services
  • Achieve raw material cost reduction targets and contract negotiations with suppliers
  • Liaise with QA to guarantee that suppliers will meet company specification expectations
