Purchasing ExecutiveJob Location : UAEJob Details :?Bachelor degree or above in administration or related field, degree or graduate certificates in procurement or supply chain preferred.?Manage transactional purchasing activities against set long term agreements and contracts.?Manage spot purchasing for noncontract material and services.?Facilitate identification of spend categories for potential contracts.?Coordinate with other departments on their purchasing requirements and ensure high level of consolidation.?Manage key supplier relationships.?Coordinate with procurement & contracts section to ensure seamless crossdepartment processes.?Promote automation to reduce transaction cycle time.?Monitor performance of suppliers.?Define and monitor KPIs of suppliers.?Manage budget and monitor it regularly.?Provide performance data as requested by management.?Perform other tasks given by the line manager or senior management.?Compliance and adherence to the HR laws, Confidentiality policies and other policies applicable in DeG.Skills:?Coordination of management work?Excellent knowledge of transaction processing and business systems.?Good understanding of compliance and standards in the international market.?Language: Arabic or/and English.
