? Ensure all punch list items are completed up to customer satisfaction.? Responsible to close out core work and any related pending activities.? Inform customers of the process of the survey/inspection.? Initiate the inspection/survey process.? Preparation & Arrangement of Punch/snag items with different parties, submission of the punch/snag items to the Contractor.? Verifying /complain all the punch /snag as per the contract requirements.? Ensure the preparation during the punch/snag list for all relevant parties are involved.? Attending or allocating a person for inspections, data collection (snags recording and processing).? Coordinate with the Construction team in defining sequencing of the snagging depending on the dynamics of completion activities.Raising pre-inspection snagging defects to the construction team.? Liaising with construction teams to make sure snags accepted as defects are closed out in a timely fashion? Carrying out maintenance activities in empty units and minor repairs.? Using helpdesk platform to raise tasks.? Ensuring that safe practices are followed including the use of suitable PPE where necessary.? Maintaining high levels of customer service at all times.
