Hiring Property Handover Executive for a real estate developer company

  • Calling Customers for appointments
  • Conducting Home Orientations
  • Coordinating with the technical team (inspectors) for property inspection.
  • Explaining and clarifying the community rules and policies to customers at the time of Property Handover
  • Verifying necessary documents with other departments if required.
  • Handing over keys, manuals and other relevant documents to customers
  • Maintaining reports, filing and scanning documents?
