Responsible for managing all phases of projects from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring & controlling, and closure.
Resolves issues on a day-to-day basis.
Looking for cost control opportunities to increase profits and avoid losses.
Writes timely and accurate documentation of each job and contributes accordingly to final written specifications.
Interprets specifications, plans project sequencing, coordinates, and sets KPI?s on the various phases of the project to prevent delays and avoid rework.
Approve the sub-contract work based on manpower planning.
Monitors job progress to ensure that manpower utilization is optimal.
Review QC reports on the work completed.
Prepares periodic management reports on work progress, materials used and costs.
Oversees and ensure the projects meet the set goals and objectives like being fast paced without compromising quality and ensuring deadlines are met in a dynamic environment.
Manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Manages overall quality assurance activities including compliance, certifications and qualifications for the regional location and specific assigned projects.
Demonstrate hands-on approach to problem-solving and knowing the project.
Assesses and documents overall work performance of direct reports by close of project, providing feedback to same.
