Project ManagerJob Location : UAE:?Plans, organizes, and directs site activities.?Prepares daily program to ensure achieving project target program.?Attends meetings with the Client, Consultant and subcontractors.?Coordinates with the Consultant for solutions needed to complete project.?Coordinates with Departments Mangers for arranging materials and subcontractors for the projects.?Prepares variation claims and obtains consultant/client approval.?Coordinates with the Authorities for approvals and permits.?Follows up with planning engineer for program updates.?Ensures implementation of the QA/QC & HSE plan.?Follows up with consultant / client for approvals of materials, subcontractors & shop drawings.?Follow up with the Purchasing Department for material ordering and delivery.?Follow up with the Contract Department for subcontractor agreements and approval.?Prepares and draft correspondence.?Reviews and submits monthly progress payments.?Reviews and approves subcontractors monthly payments.?Follow up with site team for manpower daily allocation and productivity. Qualifications:?Bachelors degree in civil engineering?Minimum 15 years experience in a UAE contracting company.?Experience with EMAAR Developers projects
