?Prepare and issue Engineering Management plan / Execution plan for the project.?Plan the Engineering Deliverables as needed for the project and ensure the availability of drawings, Material Requisitions, Calculations, TBE?s on time.?Lead the team of designers, Engineers, Draftsmen and Doc controllers to deliver the output ensuring quality and efficiency and due regard for HSE compliance.?Control the Manning levels to have optimum staffing and man-hours and software expended within the budget.?Support the Project Management team in all technical matters liaising with the Client, Vendors, Consultants and other Third Parties.?Issue the Engineering Progress reports regularly, to keep the management informed about the status of the project, issues and concerns.?Attend all project meetings with Client, internal customers, Vendors and Class.?Support the Contracts department in Change Management.?Ensure adherence to Engineering Procedures.?Ensure Achievement of KPI?s and report as planned.?Ensure compliance to HSES policies and procedures as applicable.?Ensure compliance with all applicable information security policies & procedures.
