Minimum of Three years UAE experience in Furniture Products and Interior/Fit Out joinery knowledge. Expert in making the exact budgeted cost for each project and expense for manufacturing products. Asses the total raw material usage and left overs-after each project. Estimation of projects cost should be completed in minimal time. Prepare reports and analyses of the manufacturing cost and difference in budgeted and actual price after the completion of each project.Meets financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances, negotiating vendor pricing, initiating corrective actions, and meeting quotas by interfacing with sales reps and other industry professionals. Computer literate with knowledge of raw materials and their availability. The right person should be fully aware of the latest products of interior fit-outs, furniture, and soft furnishing from general woodwork to millwork and artwork.Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Holder of UAE Driving License preferred.
