Roles and Responsibilities: ? Support the Finance & Projects teams in full cycle accounting in the areas of Budgeting and planning, cost estimation and Cost control. ? Preparation of project budgets and AFEs ? Monitoring project actual costs against budget and highlight the areas for cost reduction ? Prepare monthly cost reports for all ongoing projects ? Prepare annual budget sheet including monthly ? Develop historical Cost database of a project for future reference and maintain/ develop existing in-house Company database ? Experience mainly in EPC projects in oil&gas industry (like surface facilities for wells, pipelines, gas compression, process plants, etc) in capacity of project accountant. Extensive experience in budgeting, Cash Calls, cost allocations, project economics and other finance processes. Expert in Excel and Powerpoint. ? Preparation of project budgets and AFEs ? Prepare project cost estimates for oil & gas industry related to FEED study and EPC contracts - This includes cost estimates for design, procurement and construction activities related to civil, piping, pipeline, pressure vessels, rotating equipment, storage tanks and E&I works. ? Monitoring project actual costs against budget and highlight the areas for cost reduction - Actual commitments and cost need to be tracked against the approved budget and areas of concern need to be highlighted for the SPA and Projects Manager˙
