1) Project Manager (1 no) required with bachelor?s degree, with minimum 8 years gulf experience and well knowledge of Arabic language.2) Civil Engineer (1 no) required with bachelor?s degree, with minimum 5 years gulf experience and well knowledge of Arabic language.for a construction firm.Preference will be given to candidates with UAE DL. Duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:? Construction estimation experience is must? Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.? Assisting the estimation team with quotations and verifying the quotations received are as per specifications.? Estimation of material costs.? Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.? Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.? Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.? Documenting any changes in design and updating budgets.
