Black & Grey HR is hiring for one of the leading Manufacturers of Insulated Panels in the United Arab Emirates. Our Client is looking to hire a Production Supervisor who will maximize productivity while ensuring high quality and adherence to safety protocols and best practices. Responsibilities are -<br /><br />- Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives and communicate them to employees<br />- Organize workflow by assigning responsibilities and preparing schedules<br />- Oversee and coach employees<br />- Ensure the safe use of equipment and schedule regular maintenance<br />- Check production output according to specifications<br />- Submit reports on performance and progress<br />- Identify issues in efficiency and suggest improvements<br />- Train new employees on how to use machinery safely and follow procedures<br />- Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards<br />-Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.<br />-Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and content, benchmarking state-of-the-art practices, and participating in professional societies.<br />Requirements- 3+ years relevant work experience in manufacturing (preferably with insulated panels)<br />- Proven experience as Production Supervisor or similar role<br />- Experience in using various types of manufacturing machinery and tools<br />- Organizational and leadership abilities<br />- Communication and interpersonal skills<br />- Degree in a technical, engineering or relevant field will be an advantage<br /><br />Benefits- Attractive Salary + Benefits<br />
