Job Description

Job descriptionProject Manager for Exhibition & Events with 5 years Experience.Handling Exhibition stands with in the Fixed Budget given by the Financial Department. Awareness of time schedule and limited availability for the graphics from the Clients and collecting information for the productionAs a project manager your role will include:

  • Source and negotiate with subcontractors, production suppliers, internal and external supply chain, to ensure each project is successfully resourced, budgeted and managed, and delivered according to Company processes.
  • Production of onsite working documents to agreed deadlines, as directed by the Account Management team.
  • Should have solid experience planning and delivering exhibition stands. He should have strong client servicing skills, and have very strong written and oral communications skills. Naturally they will also be polished, articulate and hardworking.
  • Demonstrated in depth knowledge and understanding of the exhibition stand building industry.
  • Monitor the technical drawings for all approved projects and provide the needed support to draftsman.
  • Analyses and review the technical drawings of all approved projects before submitting it to production department.
  • Strong administrative, organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent budget management and financial administration.
  • Articulate, effective communicator.
  • The ability to manage a changing workload, prioritize accordingly and remain calm under pressure.
  • Proven knowledge of computer skills and essential software packages.
  • Proactive in the team and a good team player. Key performance indicators Exhibition stands delivered smoothly, to quality and budget expectations.
  • Strong relationships with clients who repeat rebuild of exhibition stands.
  • Facilitate project reconciliation ensuring financial information from suppliers and timesheets from freelancers are available and accurate records have been kept and are available in a timely manner.
