Ensure 100% compliance with Fix It Right (FIR) Process and achieve FIR target
Identifies the customers requests, analyses them with the Team Leader and refines the diagnostic process.
Communicates with the team leader to check results of his work and to ask for his help or assistance.
Masters the various repair techniques uses the documentation as necessary and sharing his knowledge with Technicians.
Observes the work time set by the Team leader and job controller
